WHAT MAKES OUR TILES UNIQUE

We Rock!!!

Subham Cool Tiles is an irreplaceable art of master craftsmanship, an unique type of non-fired superior cellular concrete tiles that is manufactured using white marble granules along with other grander materials and turned into super strong cellular concrete by our indigenous craftsmanship. Unique manufacturing processes with application of nano-technology allows pre-designed consistency of products and guaranteed quality of super strong concrete cool roof tiles.

  • Subham Cool Tiles production is based on application of latest scientific achievements in construction and nano-technologies aimed on development of this unique type of thermal insulated cellular concrete Cool Roof Tiles.
  • Subham Cool Roof Tiles is a go-green initiative, an affordable construction  material that is produced with the best of the available natural resources of our nation and qualified labor force.
  • Subham Cool Tiles are made in two interloping concrete layers which undergo intense compression at both the stages,  in our completely automated manufacturing plant. Our tile are not fired. The processed tiles are soaked and cured naturally like structural concrete. The human element is present and involved in every step of manufacture.

The tiles are offered in Smooth White Matte finish with anti-skid surface making them safe and practical thereby being applicable in areas such as building roofs, balconies, terraces, pavements and exterior facades cladding.
we make it, happen

Subham Cool Tiles - we're different !!!

Our innovative Subham Cool Tiles is up to 10 times stronger than conventional roof tiles with unprecedented compressive and flexural strength, allowing finer, thinner, lighter and elegant. The chemistry is cutting edge while still embracing the natural qualities of concrete.

Merits of Subham Cool Tiles
  • High Strength: a specially formulated eco material blended with cement, silica fume, ground quartz, and water makes it a strong compound of weather-proof tiles.
  • Fiber-reinforced: a material with high tensile strength, it can support major deformations without structural cracking and has ductility.
  • Resistant: it has exceptional resistance to abrasion, impacts, saline environments or extremely harsh temperatures.
  • Durable: it is up to 1,000 times more durable; its longevity is 2 to 3 times longer than that of conventional Roof Tiles
  • Self-consolidating: its microfine aggregates make it more dense and consistent. It has very low porosity, offering resistance to scratching and staining.
  • Fine: it is capable of the most intricate detailing, with unlimited surface textures, & finishes
  • Innovative: capable of very thin complex forms, creating lighter weight elements.
  • Sustainable: takes less energy to manufacture, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and consumption of natural resources. It also uses substantially less water in the fabrication of elements and there is no off gassing.

We Care for you & our Environment

Subham Cool Tiles work with concrete almost exclusively and is committed to ensuring that our concrete products are as sustainable as possible. We all do what we can to minimise our carbon footprint and to reduce the CO2 emitted in producing concrete.

The predominant raw material for the cement in concrete is limestone – the most abundant mineral on Earth. Subham make concrete using a significant proportion of recycled materials to reduce wastage. We also ensure that all of the materials we use are sourced from local suppliers to reduce the energy costs of transportation.

Concrete is a strong, highly durable material with an excellent thermal mass that lasts the lifetime of any project. As 80% of a building’s CO2 emissions come from electric utilities (heating, lighting and air conditioning), its impressive heat-retaining properties mean that it uses less energy in the long term than comparable building materials. At the end of a building’s lifespan, concrete can also be crushed and re-used as aggregate – thus completing a sustainable cycle.
